Bookings can be canceled up to 2 hours before the scheduled home collection time without any penalty.

Cancellations requested after the phlebotomist has been dispatched or reached the patient's location may not be eligible for a full refund.
If a booking is canceled within the permissible timeframe, a full refund will be initiated.
All approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
No refunds will be provided once the sample has been successfully collected and sent to the laboratory for processing.
In the rare event of a sample rejection by the partner laboratory (e.g., due to hemolysis or insufficient quantity), a free redraw will be arranged at the patient's convenience, or a full refund will be processed.
