Cancellation Policy:
Bookings can be canceled free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled home collection time.

Refund Policy:
If a cancellation is made within the permitted timeframe, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
No Refunds will be issued once the sample has been collected by our phlebotomist.
If a test cannot be processed due to laboratory errors or sample rejection, a free redraw will be scheduled, or a full refund will be provided.
